Ms. Davidson is skilled in business development and strategic marketing communications, specializing in the platforms of branding, advertising, public relations, special events and corporate sponsorship. She is considered a leader in the Retail and Commercial Property Industry, known for a disciplined approach to achieving value for Owners. The majority of her corporate career was at The Hahn Company/TrizecHahn.

As Senior Vice President she was responsible for all corporate and portfolio marketing.  This included setting goals and developing strategy, building teams, creating comprehensive programs, formulating budgets and successful implementation.

Ms. Davidson is well known for consistently high standards of marketing excellence, impeccable work ethic and ability to lead and inspire teams. Amongst her credits is a leadership role in the groundbreaking initiative of pursuing sponsorship revenue for retail and mixed-use properties and company portfolios. She was key in establishing the team noted for record-breaking corporate partnership success at Hollywood & Highland, establishing it as the home of the Kodak Theatre, currently operating as the Dolby Theatre.

In May, 2002, in sync with the company’s initiative to exit retail development, Ms. Davidson began her consulting career, ultimately forming davidson+powers LLC.

Ms. Davidson is a key contributor to the development and operations of property portfolios, ranging from dominant urban and suburban retail centers to entertainment projects and mixed use properties that feature office towers, hotels and residential components. Her skills include the ability to successfully blend strategy and creativity into innovative solutions and targeted programs.

She has served as an educator and facilitator at institutes and conferences, hosted the Maxi Awards and received the prestigious award 14 times.  She was appointed to and served as the committee chair of the ICSC CMD Governing and Admissions. She assisted in producing the publication Leisure & Lifestyle Retailing, as well as the book, Sponsorship Opportunities in Shopping Centers. The ICSC Trustees acknowledged Ms. Davidson by presenting her with the Distinguished Service Award, the highest honor bestowed by the organization.
