Formed with the collaboration of two key industry disciplines – merchandising and marketing, Alberta Davidson and Terri Powers established davidson+powers in 2002 to serve an industry in constant need of productive relationships in leasing and sales development.

Alberta is skilled in strategic positioning and marketing – and is known for innovative programs that are focused, disciplined, and successful in achieving value.

Recruited by Mr. Hahn, a founder of the Shopping Center Industry, Alberta enjoyed a Hahn Company career that began in the field and quickly advanced to senior-level positions leading the marketing efforts at TrizecHahn.

Alberta is one of the most effective marketing talents today, demonstrating a depth of knowledge, superior creativity, and impactful collaboration.

Capable of providing a meaningful fresh-eye view, her approach to discovering growth is unparalleled.

A friend and co-founding partner, Terri Powers is an industry leader in merchandising and project positioning. She has led leasing teams for major retail developers, including for office and international properties. Currently, Terri is available for select assignments.
